Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Trade Commercial Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating trade schedules, slot allocations, and freight sheet.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Pricing, Sales, Operations) and agents for trade-related queries
  • Compile trade performance reports and assist in data analysis for decision-making
  • Monitor and update sheets with the latest rates, space availability, and schedule changes
  • Support in customer/agent communication regarding service offerings, space status, and schedule changes

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a NVOCC, shipping or logistics environment (preferred)
  • Good understanding of trade lanes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with shipping process to maintain follow-up on updated status of shipments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent email drafting skills
