About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Developer who can blend creativity with technical expertise to design, develop, and implement engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a cross-disciplinary professional with strong front-end development skills, design sensibility, and the ability to transform concepts into interactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and implement interactive web experiences, landing pages, and digital assets.

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Ensure responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatibility.

  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect code.

  • Work on animations, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes for digital campaigns.

  • Optimize websites and digital assets for performance, speed, and SEO.

  • Research and implement innovative tools, frameworks, and trends to enhance creative output.

  • Support A/B testing and performance tracking of digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Creative Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), WordPress, Shopify, GHL, Email Marketing, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), Custom coding.

  • Experience with GSAP, , WebGL, or other animation libraries is a plus.

  • Good eye for design, typography, and layout principles.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.

  • Experience integrating APIs and working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.

  • Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).

  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and performance analytics.
