About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist to shape and execute innovative creative strategies for our diverse US-based client portfolio. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative direction, and hands-on execution across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead content development, and ensure impactful brand storytelling that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies tailored to client goals and audience insights.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee creative execution across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), social media, and web platforms.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Creative Asset Oversight: Supervise the production of static designs, videos, ad creatives, social posts, and email marketing materials, with strong quality control on design aesthetics.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain high design standards and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary creative liaison, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and building strong client relationships.
  • Pitch & Proposal Development: Lead creative pitches for new business, including proposals, mood boards, and storytelling concepts.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze creative performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of industry, design, and content trends to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • B2B Strategy & SEO: Contribute ideas for B2B-focused marketing strategies and oversee SEO considerations for website content and structure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in creative/content roles targeting the US market.
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns across paid media, social media, and web platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns, brand strategy, and high-quality content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) with a strong creative eye.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and their application in creative campaigns.
  • Ability to oversee and collaborate on SEO best practices for websites to enhance visibility and performance.
  • Experience in client pitching, business development, and creative storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker who balances creativity with data-driven insights and a passion for brand storytelling.
