Job Description :

Bid Management:

  • Support
    end-to-end bid management activities
    for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, including coordination with internal teams to gather inputs, prepare documentation, and ensure timely submission.

End to End Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of qualified opportunities from handover by Sales until submission of the final technical/commercial proposal.
  • Manage all intermediate steps independently, seeking sales support only where required.
  • Maintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and overall bid success.

Pre-Sales Technical Engagement

  • Conduct awareness sessions, assessments, and discovery workshops with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical workshops with stakeholders.

Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Develop solution architectures, diagrams, and sizing/calculation sheets.
  • Create detailed Technical Proposals in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Delivery/Services teams for Scope of Work (SoW) and effort estimations.
  • Work with vendors/partners for technical and commercial inputs.

Vendor & Customer Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison with vendor technical and commercial teams.-
  • Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related roles within IT / Systems Integration / Cloud / Cybersecurity / Infrastructure domains
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Communication, Electronics, or related field).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for proposal building, costing sheets, and presentations. Expereince CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
