Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder located in Lahore. The Freight Forwarder will be responsible for organizing the safe and efficient transportation of goods, handling export documentation, coordinating shipments, and liaising with customers and carriers. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, managing customs processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Freight Forwarder will also monitor and track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications

  • Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation skills
  • Experience in Forwarding and Export processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with transportation regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is preferred
