Responsibilities:

  • Write tailored, high-converting proposals aligned with client needs
  • Hunt down and bid on high-potential Website and Mobile Application Developement projects
  • Maintain active communication with potential clients and follow up consistently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are well-defined in proposals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine bidding strategies
  • Maintain and optimize the company's Upwork profile for visibility and credibility

Requirements:

  • Target: $5K - $10K
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years as an Upwork bidder and freelancer in the Website and Mobile Application Development.
  • Experience with Upwork platform management and optimization Proficiency in creating and submitting proposals on Upwork
  • Experience in client handling, negotiation, and closing deals

Location: Karachi (On-Site)
