Crossroad is looking for a " Data Entry Manager / Head " to set up business

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage the processing of different invoices
  • Hire & Manage Team of people who can provide services to different clients
  • Ensure Initially Business development also needs to be done by the candidate
  • Ensure data is accurately and efficiently entered into the designated data entry module/interface.
  • Implement and monitor daily processing targets for the data entry team.
  • Provide training, support, and supervision to the data entry staff.
  • Maintain documentation and workflow procedures to support operational consistency and also ensure smooth business development .

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, B.Com) from an English-medium institution.
  • 5+ years of office-based work experience, preferably in a data entry or document processing role.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Positive Thinker
  • Capable of Managing Large Team

Workstation Setup:

  • Sound Technical Knowledge , Understand the business model
  • Launch the data entry module on the secondary monitor.
  • Review and extract required information.
  • develop the Whole Process & Guide team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
