Role Overview

We are seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to accelerate growth and drive successful launches within the Amazon marketplace. This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, catalog management, advertising, product launches, and logistics. You will play a pivotal role in scaling multiple brands and ensuring measurable sales and profitability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1- Sales & Advertising

  • Monitor and grow overall sales performance on Amazon.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns in collaboration with the ad team, focusing on profitability and reducing TACoS.
  • Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and deals to drive conversions.

2- Catalog Management

  • Resolve catalog issues such as suppressed ASINs, variations, or listing errors.
  • Ensure all product listings are fully optimized with SEO, strong copy, and A+ content.
  • Liaise with Amazon support teams as needed for issue resolution.

3- Product Launches

  • Lead new product listings and brand launches on Amazon.
  • Set up ASINs with accurate pricing, imagery, and listing copy.

4- Logistics & Inventory

  • Coordinate shipments and restocks with the logistics team.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
  • Support demand forecasting and purchase planning.

5- Forecasting & Profitability

  • Analyze profitability, flag low-margin items, and recommend cost optimizations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to support decision-making.

6- Expansion Support

  • Execute structured go-to-market strategies to scale new and existing brands.

  • Deeply familiar with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, including catalog troubleshooting, compliance, and listing optimization.
  • Experienced in Amazon 1P models, FBA workflows, forecasting, advertising, and promotions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling brands on Amazon.
  • Data-driven and ROI-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon brand/account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Strong skills in PPC management, SEO optimization, inventory forecasting, and catalog troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Amazon Ads Console (or Perpetua/Pacvue), and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (ads, creative, logistics, and leadership).
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products on Amazon.
