Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Bidder & Lead Qualification Specialist located in Islamabad. The specialist will be responsible for bidding on online platforms, qualifying and managing leads, conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, and writing proposals. The role also involves training in lead management processes and enhancing bidding strategies to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and negotiations
• Strong Upwork bidding experience
• Analytical skills and Research capabilities for market analysis and lead qualification
• Proficient Writing skills for creating proposals and marketing content
• Experience in Training others in lead management processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in online bidding and lead qualification preferred
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
