Position: Freelance Business Developer / Bidder

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Developer/Bidder to help bring and secure new projects from online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new projects from freelance marketplaces
  • Create persuasive and detailed proposals with client-focused communication
  • Optimize business profiles to increase leads and conversions
  • Understand client requirements and present our services
  • Follow up on leads and assist in closing deals
  • Schedule pre- and post-sales discussions with internal teams
  • Implement outreach strategies to generate new business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can work independently on a remote basis and meet deadlines
  • Experience in lead generation and SEO is a plus

Compensation

The compensation for this role is commission-based. On successful deal closure, a good percentage of commission will be provided.
