We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Analyst with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO suite. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) for orchestration and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for reliable messaging, helping to connect our critical business systems across various domains.

Design & Development

• Develop and implement robust integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) (versions 5.x and/or 6.x) for connecting applications, services, and data sources.
• Design and manage messaging infrastructure using TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), including the setup of queues, topics, bridges, and message selectors to ensure guaranteed message delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements and technical specifications into functional integration designs, including interface definitions and data mapping (using XML, JSON, and XSLT).
• Implement best practices for error handling, logging, auditing, and transaction management within TIBCO BW processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to established development standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to TIBCO BW processes and EMS server performance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor, tune, and maintain the health and performance of the TIBCO EMS and BW runtimes using monitoring tools (e.g., TIBCO Hawk).
• Manage deployment and configuration of TIBCO components across various environments (DEV, QA, UAT, Production) using tools like TIBCO Administrator.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with functional analysts, application teams, and understand integration requirements and identify any gaps in requirements and take them to a closure.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), deployment guides, and troubleshooting documentation

Experience

• 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a dedicated focus on enterprise application integration (EAI).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing integrations with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) (5.x and/or 6.x).
• Demonstrable expertise in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) administration, configuration, and optimization.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of TIBCO EMS including administration commands, persistent/non-persistent messaging, message segmentation, and EMS security.
• Strong understanding of EAI patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), REST/SOAP web services, and API development.
• Proficiency with SQL and the ability to work with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience with protocols such as HTTP/S, JMS, FTP/SFTP, and concepts like XML, XSD, WSDL, and JSON.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience with other TIBCO products such as TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Administrator, or TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms (iPaaS) like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.) for automated CI/CD deployment of TIBCO artifacts.
• Prior experience in the [Specify Industry, e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare] domain.
