We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance processes and hands-on experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) on any policy product and would have worked on UI, UW rules, Forms, Rating, and product model to meet our customers' business needs and application requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementations with a good understanding of the Personal or Commercial line of business.
- Has a thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration.
- Has to provide a pre-construction walkthrough to the development and QA teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Guidewire capabilities.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system functionality against requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, rules, and integration points.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and organisational standards.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will own BA deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3+years of experience as a Business Analyst and 2+ years of experience on Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Has good functional understanding of GW OOTB products.
- Experience in the insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
- Has worked on at least 3 of the following areas during policy admin system implementation – UI, UW issues, Rating, Forms, Product Model.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Exposure to rating engines, underwriting workflows, and claims processes.
- Leverage Generative AI to automate the creation of requirement documents and user stories, generating test scenarios and synthetic data for UAT.
- Summarise complex workflows and produce AI-driven insights for process optimisation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have:
Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed. Some of them are as follows:
- AINS certification or any other equivalent certification.
- Guidewire Associate Certification in the last version i.e. Las Lenas.
