Role Description
This is a full-time role for a DevOps Engineer located on-site in Lahore with 2-3 year of relevant experience. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the code releases, deploying updates and fixes, building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience, performing root cause analysis for production errors, developing scripts to automate visualization, and collaborating with software developers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues within the development and production environments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar DevOps role is highly desirable
