To strengthen our growing cloud engineering team, we are seeking a 
DevOps Engineer – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
 who will play a key role in building and maintaining our 
Oracle Cloud-based infrastructure
. You will help shape how our systems are deployed, automated, monitored, and scaled — ensuring muSharp continues to deliver exceptional uptime, performance, and security across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Management

• Design, deploy, and manage 
  muSharp's Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
   environments across dev, staging, and production.
• Administer and optimize key OCI services including 
  Compute, Networking (VCN, Load Balancer, Subnets), Object Storage, Block Volumes, Autonomous Databases, OKE (Kubernetes), and OCIR
  .
• Implement 
  disaster recovery (DR)
  , 
  backup strategies
  , and 
  multi-region architectures
   ensuring business continuity.
• Monitor and tune performance to maintain 
  high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
   of Oracle Cloud resources.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to evolve muSharp's 
  multi-cloud and AI-powered SaaS platform
  .

Automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code

• Build and maintain 
  CI/CD pipelines
   using 
  Oracle DevOps Services
  , 
  Jenkins
  , or 
  GitLab CI/CD
   to support frequent, reliable deployments.
• Automate environment provisioning and configuration using 
  Terraform
  , 
  Oracle Resource Manager (ORM)
  , and 
  Ansible
  .
• Streamline deployment workflows to support 
  microservices
  , 
  containerized workloads (Docker, OKE)
  , and 
  AI microservices
  .
• Integrate automated 
  testing, security scanning, and monitoring
   into the deployment pipeline.
• Contribute to muSharp's 
  infrastructure modernization roadmap
  , driving consistency and efficiency across all releases.

Security, Monitoring, and Compliance

• Enforce 
  OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM)
   policies, ensuring least-privilege and secure access controls.
• Use 
  OCI Vault
   for secrets, certificates, and key management.
• Integrate 
  OCI Monitoring, Logging Analytics, and Alerts
   to track performance and detect anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with 
  PDPL, GDPR, and SOC2
   standards as part of muSharp's enterprise-grade delivery framework.
• Participate in regular 
  security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and patch automation
  .

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with 
  development, QA, AI, and product delivery teams
   to ensure seamless release cycles.
• Provide hands-on support during production deployments, scaling events, and incident management.
• Mentor junior engineers on cloud automation, DevOps best practices, and OCI operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of muSharp's 
  DevOps culture and internal playbooks
  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience
  , with 
  3+ years dedicated to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  .
• Proven expertise in:
• OCI Services
   – Compute, VCN, Load Balancer, Object/Block Storage, OKE, OCIR, Autonomous DB, IAM.
• Oracle DevOps Services
   – Code Repositories, Build Pipelines, Artifact Repositories, and Deployment Automation.
• IaC Tools
   – Terraform, Oracle Resource Manager (ORM), and Ansible.
• Automation & Scripting
   – Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Monitoring & Logging
   – Oracle Cloud Monitoring, Logging Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana.
• CI/CD Tools
   – Oracle DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of 
  microservices architecture, networking fundamentals, and container orchestration (OKE, Kubernetes)
  .
• Familiarity with 
  secure DevOps (DevSecOps)
  , encryption, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Professional
   or 
  DevOps Professional
   certification.
• Experience integrating 
  Oracle Cloud
   with other platforms (AWS, Azure, or on-prem environments).
• Exposure to 
  Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse
  , 
  Oracle GoldenGate
  , or 
  Data Guard
  .
• Experience with 
  blue-green or canary deployments
   in OCI.
• Knowledge of 
  AI/ML pipeline deployment and scaling
   in cloud-native environments.
