Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan HOF Immigration Services Full time $100,000 - $200,000 per year

HOF Migration is seeking a motivated and target-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, EU etc.), excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide professional advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and follow up with potential leads to convert them into clients
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand the client's immigration requirements and advise on suitable migration programs
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories and application procedures
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance referrals and renewals
  • Update CRM/database with client interactions, notes and status
  • Coordinate with processing team to ensure seamless handover of signed clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English is a must)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
