AESOM is Hiring – GC Estimator (Civil / MEP, US Market)

We are expanding our team in Lahore to work on US-based construction projects and are looking for an experienced General Contracting Estimator.

Role: GC Estimator (Civil / MEP)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Office-based)

Market: US Construction

Timings: 6 pm to 3 am

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for Civil and MEP trades.

Develop cost estimates, analyze bids, and prepare proposals.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Work with Plan swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST),and Excel.

Requirements:

3–6 years of Estimation experience (Civil or MEP).

Strong knowledge of US construction standards & bidding practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior GC (General Contracting) experience preferred.
