Digital Marketing Manager

H&S Properties is seeking a talented and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and support our growth in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote H&S Properties' brand, listings, and services

Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns

Manage website content, landing pages, and online listings to ensure accuracy and optimization

Plan and oversee content creation—brochures, videos, presentations, and digital ads

Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lead quality

Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with market trends and client needs

Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners

Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and reporting for key campaigns

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or property development

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems)

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven

Experience with luxury or international property marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs300,000.00 per month
