Mars Techtier is looking for Front Sales (Design) who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and help them see the value of investing in branding and marketing services like logos, websites, and marketing assets.

This isn't just about hitting numbers, it's about building relationships, solving client problems, and being the voice of our design team on the front line.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects interested in logo design, website development, and marketing services.
  • Understand client needs and match them with the right solutions.
  • Create and deliver persuasive pitches (without being pushy).
  • Manage and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the design team to make sure client expectations align with creative deliverables.
  • Meet and exceed your monthly revenue targets: $3K, $5K, or $10K depending on your profile.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales in design/creative/marketing services.
  • A natural conversationalist, comfortable talking to clients and explaining value in simple terms.
  • Someone who thrives on meeting targets while focusing on client satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of design/branding/web concepts (you don't need to be a designer, just understand what matters to clients).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and open to feedback.
