We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Officer having atleast
2 years of experience
in
FMCG based
organization to oversee the production operations of our f
ood processing facility based in Port Qasim location

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing production activities to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Prefered Area:
Malir , Landhi, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Korangi

Requirements
:

  • Minimum 2
    years of experience in food processing,
    preferably in a production management role.

  • Proven leadership and management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of food processing operations, quality control, and food safety regulations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demands and production targets.

  • Oversee the production process, including raw material handling, processing, packaging, and quality control.

  • Supervise and direct production personnel, including training and development.

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with food processing equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of
    HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
