As a Senior SQA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design and execution of test plans, automated testing, and close collaboration with development teams. You'll bring strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for quality to help us deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of test strategies and test cases for complex software systems
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
  • Review requirements and technical specifications to identify testable conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, DevOps) to ensure quality at every stage
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like Jira
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and help improve QA processes and best practices
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives)
