Assurety Consulting is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and executing test strategies, developing testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent analytical, technical, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain effective test plans, cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new testing practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance test coverage and quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex testing issues using strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Promote testing best practices, process improvement, and quality standards within the team.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in agile/scrum environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing.
