Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Bahawalpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will focus on promoting Islandyoga's classes and services, identifying and reaching potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales. Daily responsibilities include engaging with new and existing clients, providing information about class offerings, maintaining customer relationships, attending meetings or events, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration with the marketing and operations team to meet sales targets and support the business vision is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, including building client relationships and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of yoga practices and wellness industry trends
• Experience in customer service and understanding of customer needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a hybrid environment
• Proficiency in digital tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with the team
• Previous experience in sales or the fitness/wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
