  • Job Description:

Capital Engineering Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Preparation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, supporting daily activities and assisting Managers in preparing and managing bids effectively.

Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and gathering information for bids

Coordinate with team members to gather input and content

Format and edit bid documents.

Ensure compliance with bid requirements and regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
