We're looking for a talented EB-2 NIW Petition Writer and Immigration Analyst to join our writing team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality, results-driven petitions that make a real difference in people's lives.

  • Research and draft well-substantiated EB-2 NIW petition letters, including the Petition Letter (Letter of Support) and Personal Statements.
  • Analyze clients' backgrounds (scientific, medical, business, engineering, academic, or other professional fields) to tailor a customized petition strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, case managers, and clients to gather evidence and develop compelling arguments aligned with USCIS criteria.
  • Stay current on EB-2 NIW legal standards, policy updates, and case precedents.
  • Edit and proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and legal soundness.
  • Ensure timely submission of case materials and communicate progress to stakeholders.
