We're hiring a dynamic Social Media & Community Growth Strategist to own two of our most important growth levers: the Creator Program and our Social Media strategy. This is a hybrid leadership role combining community building, creator management, and platform strategy across channels like Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.You'll be both a builder and a strategist, scaling a global network of creators and making ImagineArt the most talked-about AI platform online.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and scale ImagineArt's global Creator Program (currently 450 creators from all over the world).
  • Source, vet, and onboard high-potential creators across platforms.
  • Build and execute monthly content challenges, incentives, and spotlight programs.
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and optimize for growth.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead growth strategies across Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Manage a social calendar aligned with product updates, community trends, and cultural moments.
  • Launch creative challenges, and product-led storytelling series.
Community, Analytics & Insights
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize reach.
  • Engage with creators and users across platforms — respond, repost, hype them up.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, creativity, design, and digital communities.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, community building, or social media strategy.
  • Experience leading creator programs or ambassador communities is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, and Discord.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong creative sense — understands internet culture, trends, and brand voice.
  • Bonus: Experience in GenAI, digital art, or design tools.
