Job Title: Cold Caller

Location: Bahria Civic Centre, Phase 4

Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time Night Shift ( 7 PM to 4 AM )

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our services and generate interest.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by engaging with prospects and gathering relevant information.

Sales Pitching: Clearly communicate the benefits of GoHighLevel and Klaviyo, explaining how our tools can help improve their marketing efforts.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested prospects.

Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed call and lead-generation goals.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.

Sales Ability: Basic understanding of the sales process and ability to convert initial interest into actionable leads.

Persistence: Ability to stay motivated and persistent in making calls and achieving targets.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads at various stages of the sales process.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus, but not required.
