architecture, urban planning, infrastructure, and sustainable development
, is looking for a skilled
MEP Engineer
to join our multidisciplinary team in Lahore.

We are seeking a candidate with
4–6 years of hands-on experience
in
high-rise building projects
, capable of managing and coordinating
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
from design to execution, with added value for those who have
international project exposure
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee
    mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
    for high-rise and mixed-use developments.
  • Ensure seamless
    coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
    throughout design and construction phases.
  • Review and validate detailed
    drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
    .
  • Perform
    HVAC load calculations, electrical layouts, plumbing and fire-fighting designs
    in compliance with local and international codes.
  • Conduct site inspections, supervise installation works, and ensure
    quality control and safety standards
    are met.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
  • Provide inputs for
    value engineering
    and sustainability-driven system optimization.

Skills & Tools Required:

Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, DIALux, ETAP, Navisworks, Elite Software, Carrier E20, Trace 700, and BIM-based coordination tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IEEE, and local building codes
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    energy-efficient system design
    and
    sustainable MEP integration
    .
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and technical documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:


Education:
Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Master's preferred).


Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience with
focus on high-rise and complex building projects
.

Experience working on or contributing to
international projects
will be a major plus.


On-site role
based in Lahore, immediate availability preferred.
