We are looking for a Community Management Intern who will play an essential role in creating an engaging, welcoming, and vibrant member experience. Working closely with senior community managers, you will support daily community engagement initiatives and contribute to the culture that makes twinhub unique.This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, people-focused, and eager to grow in the areas of community management, customer experience, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, positive, and professional first impression for members and visitors.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
  • Facilitate professional connections and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assist members with workspace queries and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Support senior community managers in community engagement and experience-driven activities.
  • Contribute to planning and executing events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Develop simple engagement initiatives aligned with twinhub's culture and values.
  • Support communication though all the channels
  • Maintain neat, organized coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Assist with check-ins, visitor logs, and workspace operations.
  • Help create basic social media content showcasing community activities.
  • Collect and report member feedback to enhance service quality and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, Friendly, proactive, and people-centric personality.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Creative thinker willing to take initiative.
  • Good Attention to Detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse professionals.
  • Good understanding of social media and content creation.
  • Good skillset in Graphic Designing or Video Editing would be a plus (optional).
  • Someone tech-savvy with good proficiency with basic softwares and digital tools would be preferred.
