ChaseValue, a renowned name in the retail sector, is looking for a Supervisor – Artificial Jewellery Department to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Supervise and motivate the artificial jewellery sales team, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces and providing expert advice on styles and trends.

Sales Management: Drive departmental sales by setting targets and guiding the team to achieve performance goals.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on artificial jewellery trends, materials, and maintenance tips to effectively guide customers.

Merchandising: Oversee the display and arrangement of jewellery to ensure an attractive and organized presentation.

Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor product availability, and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or above.
• Prior experience or knowledge in artificial/fashion jewellery is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion accessories and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
