Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident female candidate with strong communication and sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to schools, introducing our STEM education programs, and setting up meetings with principals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact schools in Karachi via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Introduce and explain our STEM education services to school management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between school principals and our team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools to expand our network.
  • Achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or education-related services will be an advantage.
  • Confident in speaking with principals and school management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
  • Must be based in Karachi.

Compensation:

  • Attractive commission-based structure with high earning potential.
  • Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs45,000.00 per month
