We're Hiring – Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with an engineering background to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of packaging and processing machinery, with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities in FMCG, bakery, confectionery, and snacks production industries. A professional attitude, strong communication, and technical expertise are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and identify new business opportunities in FMCG, bakery, confectionery, and snacks production sectors

* Approach potential clients and understand their production requirements

* Propose machinery solutions tailored to customer needs

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business growth

* Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals

* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure after-sales support with technical teams

* Represent Sama Engineering in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

* Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in machinery sales, industrial sales, or technical sales

* Strong technical understanding of packaging and processing machinery

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Ability to independently search and develop sales opportunities

* Professional discipline, customer-focused approach, and target-driven mindset

* Willingness to travel for business needs
