Xpo9tial is a rapidly expanding Amazon marketing agency assisting brands to scale on the world's largest marketplace. We're seeking a skilled Amazon Brand Manager to oversee client accounts, lead the team, and implement growth strategies.

What You'll Do

  • You will act as the direct point of contact for the client, responsible for coordinating services, implementing strategy, direct reporting, communication, and leadership.

  • Lead and mentor the team

  • Develop & execute strategies to grow sales (PPC, SEO, product launches, etc.)

  • Oversee FBA operations, inventory, listings, case filing, and brand registry

  • Present performance reports with data-driven insights

  • Drive smooth collaboration across internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (must know FBA, PPC, flat files, Helium10, etc.)

  • 3+ agency experience (or similar) handling multiple clients in dynamic settings

  • Strong leadership & management background with direct reports

  • Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Financial acumen (budgeting, P&L) and analytical mindset
