Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Store Management Specialist based in Karāchi. The Amazon Store Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the Amazon store, handling retail operations, providing customer service, training team members, and driving retail sales. The specialist will focus on optimizing listings, ensuring store compliance with Amazon policies, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth:

Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Drive sales growth through effective catalogue management, promotions, and pricing strategies.

Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Listing & Content Optimization:

Create, edit, and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions).

Conduct keyword research to boost ranking and visibility.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search performance.

Advertising & Marketing:

Understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns, Sponsored Ads is a plus.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

Track inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstock.

Coordinate FBA/FBM shipments and manage replenishment schedules.

Work with supply chain to ensure smooth product flow.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor sales reports, business reports, and key performance metrics.

Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Provide weekly/monthly performance updates with actionable recommendations.

Customer Service & Feedback:

Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and respond to queries or complaints.

Implement strategies to improve ratings and reduce negative feedback.

Ensure an excellent customer experience to drive repeat purchases.

Compliance & Brand Protection:

Monitor unauthorised sellers, counterfeit products, and file infringement claims when necessary.

Ensure product listings meet Amazon's compliance standards (safety, category, and restricted product policies).

Maintain brand registry and protect intellectual property rights.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams for campaign execution.

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on product launches and pricing.

Keep up to date with Amazon policy changes, marketplace trends, and competitor activity.
