Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer, located in Hyderabad. The role involves applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and creating intuitive visual designs to enhance user experiences. The Designer will develop user-centered prototypes, streamline product workflows, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver meaningful and impactful digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered approach to problem-solving
  • Strong skills in User Research and the ability to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX), with a focus on intuitive, engaging design solutions
  • Experience creating detailed Prototypes and wireframes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design software
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with web and mobile develpment standards is an added advantage
