Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Security Officer located in Islamkot Tehsil. The Senior Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at the construction site, ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, managing security staff, and responding to security breaches or incidents. The Senior Security Officer will also liaise with law enforcement and emergency services, develop and implement security protocols, and report on security activities and incidents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security management, law enforcement, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
  • Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
  • Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field is a plus
