Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service through our live chat platform.

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via real-time chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document all chat interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

We are specifically looking for motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Background: [Specify required qualification - e.g., High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Any field)]
  • Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply (Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication skills are a must.
  • Grammar & Spelling: Impeccable grammar and spelling to ensure professional, clear, and error-free communication.
  • Typing Speed: Must have a proficient typing speed (minimum [Specify WPM - e.g., 40 WPM]) and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in either the Morning Shift or Night Shift, as per business needs and roster.
