Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Marketing Manager with a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) and MBA in Marketing to help develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products and services.

This role requires a combination of pharmaceutical knowledge and strong marketing acumen to create compelling campaigns and support the overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of both the healthcare sector and business strategies, enabling them to bridge the gap between product development and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, sales, and regulatory, to ensure marketing initiatives align with industry regulations and organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing plans and drive business growth.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content to promote brand awareness and product differentiation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analysis and recommend adjustments for performance improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and key healthcare professionals, to ensure timely and impactful marketing execution.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Support the marketing team with budget tracking, project management, and timeline management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Help develop content for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns to engage with healthcare providers and end consumers.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term marketing strategies and assist in identifying growth opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree.
  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and product lifecycles.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
