The Role

We're looking for an
elite Marketing Strategist
to lead client campaigns from idea to launch. This isn't a task-pushing role - our Project Managers handle operations. We need someone who
owns results
,
leads from the front
, and brings
fresh creative energy
into every funnel, ad, and offer.

You'll be the brain behind the campaigns, the voice clients trust, and the spark that keeps our creative team sharp.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Architecting high-converting campaigns - from hook to funnel to offer
  • Translating big-picture strategy into clear, creative briefs for copy, design, and video
  • Leading client calls to present bold ideas, give feedback, and own results
  • Reviewing every deliverable before it ships - nothing goes live without your strategic eye
  • Building smarter systems and faster execution using AI and automation
  • Setting the standard for what "excellent" looks like across the marketing team

You Must Have

Exceptional Written and Spoken English

  • You're confident, clear, and persuasive on client Zooms
  • Your written briefs, Slack updates, and strategic docs are sharp, structured, and free of fluff

Proven Experience with U.S.-Based Clients

  • You've worked with coaches, consultants, or service pros and understand how to earn their trust fast
  • You speak the language of high-ticket offers, personal brands, and performance-driven marketing

Hands-On AI & Tech Proficiency

You must be familiar with or eager to master:

Strategic & Creative Brilliance

  • You've built and led campaigns that actually convert - not just look good on a deck
  • You understand funnel psychology, content sequencing, and how to sell without sounding like everyone else
  • You know how to take a generic offer and turn it into something magnetic
