Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a technical team to deliver innovative solutions. The role involves directing project lifecycles, ensuring timely completion of tasks, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, inspire, and coordinate team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting.
  • Competence in Project Management to ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a results-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading technical teams, managing complex projects, and knowledge of networking technologies is preferred.
