Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and implement overall technical recruitment strategy aligned with business and client needs.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, project goals, and talent needs.
  • Develop and update detailed job descriptions and specifications for technical roles across multiple domains.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document technical requirements, role objectives, and competencies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Source and attract high-quality technical talent using resume databases, networking, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Screen candidates' resumes, applications, and technical capabilities.
  • Conduct interviews using structured methods, including technical assessments, case studies, and behavioral evaluations.
  • Assess applicants' technical knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and overall suitability.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration into client and internal teams.
  • Monitor and apply HR and technical recruiting best practices to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates, building strong relationships throughout the selection and onboarding process.
  • Promote the company's reputation as a trusted recruitment partner and employer of choice.
  • Work closely with peers, hiring managers, and client representatives to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Handle additional strategic responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in client service and relationship management, preferably within IT consulting, outsourcing, or staffing firms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT support.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and candidate management.
  • Ability to effectively screen and assess technical talent, including hands-on experience with technical assessments.
  • Knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping, referrals).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making and process optimization skills.
