Position: Barista

Location: El Momento Restaurant, Lahore

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionateBarista to join our fine-dine restaurant, El Momento Lahore. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and related items while ensuring excellent customer service in line with our fine-dine standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment at all times.
  • Handle customer requests politely and provide recommendations when required.
  • Assist in stock management of coffee beans, syrups, and other related inventory.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support restaurant staff in providing an exceptional dining experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve beverage preparation and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a fine-dine or premium café/restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and beverage recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Diploma/certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or barista training.
