Job Overview:

OZ Developers is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Juice Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our juice and smoothie outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, and overall shop performance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the shop at all times.

· Ensure all equipment is maintained and in working condition.

· Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

· Recruit, train, and schedule staff members.

· Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.

· Handle staff performance, discipline, and conflict resolution.

· Provide outstanding service and build customer loyalty.

· Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

· Ensure staff are trained in product knowledge and service etiquette.

· Monitor daily sales and meet revenue targets.

· Suggest and implement promotional activities to boost sales.

· Maintain attractive product displays and suggest upselling techniques.

· Manage stock levels of fruits, vegetables, packaging, and other supplies.

· Place orders with suppliers and track deliveries.

· Minimize waste and manage cost controls to maximize profit margins.

· Maintain daily/weekly sales and expense reports.

· Track KPIs such as sales per day, customer count, and average order value.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business is a plus).

· 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or retail management (juice or café experience preferred).

· Strong leadership and customer service skills.

· Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

· Comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory software.

· Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification in Food Safety or Health & Hygiene.

· Barista or juice preparation experience.

· Basic marketing or social media management knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
