Qualifications:

  • Provide excellent inbound customer support via email, live chat and calls.

  • Write and update Helpdesk articles for knowledge base

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues

This is a full-time office-based position located in Siddiq Trade Center Lahore, Pakistan.
