Role Description

Hudasoft is looking for a passionate
AI Developer
to design and implement advanced
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
solutions leveraging
ChatGPT, Deepseek, n8n, Make, and other GPT-based tools
. Day-to-day tasks include working on pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), software development, and collaborating with other team members to create innovative AI solutions. The developer will also be responsible for performance optimization and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    RAG pipelines
    — ingestion, embedding, vector search, retrieval, and generation layers.
  • Work with
    ChatGPT, Deepseek, and other LLM APIs
    to build smart assistants and data-driven automation.
  • Integrate
    n8n / Make
    for workflow orchestration, automation, and third-party system connections.
  • Implement
    data ingestion and embedding pipelines
    using Python, , or n8n custom functions.
  • Build and maintain
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).
  • Optimize prompts, improve contextual accuracy, and reduce hallucination in model outputs.
  • Develop internal APIs and tools for chat-based data retrieval and analysis.
  • Collaborate with architects and product teams to bring AI-driven features into production.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, cost, and accuracy metrics of AI services.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, Embeddings)
    or equivalent LLMs.
  • Solid understanding of
    RAG architecture
    and
    semantic search
    concepts.
  • Familiarity with
    Deepseek
    or similar AI search platforms.
  • Experience in
    workflow automation tools
    like
    n8n
    or
    Make (Integromat)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    or
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    for building data/AI pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of
    vector databases
    (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    prompt engineering
    ,
    API integration
    , and
    data preprocessing
    .
  • Version control (Git/GitHub) and basic CI/CD familiarity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
    .
  • Background in
    data engineering

    .
  • Understanding of
    retriever–reranker pipelines
    and
