We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, manage vendor integrations, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable features. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing startup where speed, ownership, and impact matter.

What You'll Do

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hami
  • Translate clinical pain points into product requirements and user stories
  • Manage backlog, sprints, and ensure timely delivery of core features (patient visit summaries, SOAP notes, multilingual AI-driven summaries, speech recognition)
  • Partner with UI/UX, LLM engineers, QA, and front-end teams to align execution
  • Oversee QA, compliance, and sprint reviews
  • Manage vendor relationships and integrations with EHRs, billing systems, and analytics platforms
  • Monitor product adoption, usage, and clinical KPIs to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in healthcare, AI-driven platforms, or SaaS
  • Proven success delivering AI/ML-powered applications and Agile projects
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, and speech recognition
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows (SOAP notes, EMRs, patient intake)
  • Experience with backlog management, sprint execution, and vendor integrations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with multilingual AI models or LLM fine-tuning
  • Familiarity with healthcare data compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
