Job Type: Full-Time (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, energetic WhatsApp Sales & Support Manager to handle 100–150 daily customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule CCTV installations across Lahore. You will be the face of the company on WhatsApp and will manage end-to-end communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming WhatsApp leads using voice notes, quick replies, and text templates
  • Follow up with leads for 7 days using tracking sheets
  • Share package details, prices, and promotions
  • Schedule site surveys and installations with the technician team
  • Update daily lead tracker with statuses (Interested, Follow-Up, Done, Lost)
  • Coordinate with stock/installation manager to confirm orders

You Are a Good Fit If You:

  • Are great at written and voice communication (Urdu/English mix)
  • Know how to use WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Can work under pressure and manage 100+ chats daily
  • Have 6 months+ experience in sales, call center, or WhatsApp handling
  • Bonus: Know CCTV products or basic tech support (not required but preferred)
