As part of our continuous growth, we're looking for a skilled Atlassian Developer / Migration Specialist to lead our migration initiatives and strengthen our cloud infrastructure capabilities.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Developer / Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our Atlassian suite from on-premise (Server/Data Center) to Atlassian Cloud.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management, with proven experience in data migration, workflow configuration, automation, and system integration.

You will work closely with system administrators, DevOps engineers, and project teams to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient transition to cloud with minimal disruption to end users.

Key Responsibilities

•     Lead and manage end-to-end Atlassian migration projects from Server/Data Center to Cloud.

•     Configure and optimize Jira workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, automation rules, and dashboards.

•     Develop automation and integration scripts using Groovy, Python, or Shell.

•     Leverage Atlassian REST APIs for process automation and third-party integrations.

•     Implement and manage SSO and identity management (Okta, Azure AD) in Atlassian Cloud.

•     Administer Atlassian Access and Admin Hub for security and compliance management.

•     Utilize tools such as Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, Configuration Manager, and Project Configurator for smooth data transition.

•     Provide documentation, best practices, and post-migration support to technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management).

•     Proven experience in migrating on-premise Atlassian environments to Atlassian Cloud.

•     Strong understanding of Jira architecture – workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.

•     Proficiency in Atlassian REST APIs and scripting (Groovy, Python, Shell).

•     Experience with Atlassian Cloud security, Atlassian Access, and Admin Hub.

•     Knowledge of user management and SSO integration (Okta, Azure AD).

•     Hands-on experience with data migration tools (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, Configuration Manager, Project Configurator).

•     Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•     Atlassian certification (ACP-120, ACP-620, or equivalent).

•     Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud with other enterprise tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub).

•     Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes.

•     Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and DevOps practices.

•     Previous experience in a cloud-native or AI-driven organization is a plus.
