Cab Management System Ltd provides advanced software solutions for the taxi and transport industry, including CMS Desktop, Driver App, Web Booker, and Customer Booking App. Our platforms do online booking, real-time fleet tracking, payment gateways, and business intelligence reporting.

Position Overview

As a Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system support for Cab Management System applications. You will work in rotation shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage, supporting both local and international clients. Training will be provided before starting full support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for CMS Desktop, Driver App, Web Booker and others
  • Troubleshoot issues related to booking engines, GPS navigation, payment gateways, and fleet tracking
  • Assist drivers, operators, and customers with application usage and resolve technical queries
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure real-time fleet tracking and dispatch reliability
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues
  • Provide remote and onsite support as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows applications, mobile apps, networking, and VoIP systems
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation, online booking systems, and payment gateways is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to work in rotation shifts (day/night)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SQL databases and system integrations
  • Exposure to fleet management or transport industry software
