Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making daily outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and using their experience and communication skills to convert leads into closed deals. This role requires someone with strong English proficiency, confidence, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound sales calls to potential clients and business leads. Generate, qualify, and manage leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups. Present and promote company services/products confidently to prospects. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success. Expedite the sales process by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain and update CRM with lead data, call logs, and progress reports. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak multiple languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) is an added advantage. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
