We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Lahore team.

What You'll Do:

  • Reconcile AR balances for financial assessment.
  • Preparation of daily customer receipts reports and working on cash applications.
  • Follow ups with customer on past dues, short payments, and remittance details.
  • Monitor and manage AR credit risks and maintain a watch list.
  • Generate reports for unapplied payments, EDI, and remittances for efficient payment processing.
  • Prepare cash forecasts, auto offset reports, and detailed deduction analyses.
  • Produce monthly performance decks and extensive invoice reports for financial insights.
  • Handle bank transaction summaries, cash flow monitoring, and month-end reports.
  • Assist in quarterly customer payment method updates and discount reports while taking on additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the correct storage of the image in a database so that others can find the file if needed.
  • Assisting with mailing, filing backup, and other operational tasks is common for this role.
  • Imaging database into the RVI system and ensuring completeness and accuracy of scanned documents.
  • Verifies and validates image/document errors and makes necessary changes as needed.
  • Maintains productivity and quality levels by current standards.
  • Communicate daily with co-workers, Team Lead, and Manager, of any operational or technical issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's BS, BBA, B.COM (Accounting, Finance)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience of work in hospitality is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, software and excellent service skills.
  • Skills to operate a scanner as well as computer-based scanning programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Attention to detail, staying focused on the task at hand, and being detail-oriented are essential.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills and document imaging experience is also useful.
  • Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
